Thank you for registering for the Cincinnati Camp Fair. We look forward to seeing you.

WELCOME: We are very excited to have you attend the 32nd annual Cincinnati Camp Fair on February 2, 2008. We are happy to be able to work together to provide a wonderful event for families and camps to meet. The proceeds from this event will benefit the children at the Indian Hill Schools. Advertisement of the event will be through several forms of media, i.e. Cincinnati Enquirer, suburban bulletins, flyers, etc.

We know that many of you have participated for years, and are accustomed to seeing Michelle Selnick at the helm of this event. Michelle has been the driving force for the last 15 years, and has now decided to change her focus to her ever growing business. We are grateful to Michelle for all that she has done, and for her guidance in the transition in leadership of this event. Our desire is to see that nothing for you will change except for the better. We are dedicated to making this event as strong as it has been in the past, and continuing to make it grow. We will look forward to meeting you. PAYMENT: Please be certain your payment has arrived by January 31, 2008. Space will not be held if payment is not received by the deadline. Payments should be made by credit card through the online registration form, or by check, payable to the Indian Hill PTO, and mailed to: Cincinnati Camp Fair, 6855 Drake Road Cincinnati, OH 45243

CONFIRMATION: You will receive confirmation upon receipt of your registration and payment of fees. Cincinnati Camp Fair reserves the right to refuse a registration.

SETUP: Please review all setup rules before leaving for the fair.
Use the maintenance drive at the school for a convenient loading dock. There will be many assistants to help you unload your vehicle. After you unload, make certain you have moved your vehicle from the circle and/or dock. You may be towed if your car remains in either place.

There will be 2 complimentary breakfast/lunch passes provided per exhibit. Additional food will be available for purchase. There will be assistants available to cover your exhibit if you would like to take a break.

END OF FAIR: Do not for any reason begin to disassemble your exhibit until 3:00 p.m. If you are using the loading dock, remember to move your vehicle very quickly. There are approximately 65-75 camps attending the fair and we want to be able to load and unload everyone very quickly . There will be many high school students there to assist you.
